We thoroughly analyze the requirement of our client. We understand their business requirement to be met by the software solution. We go to their work place to study their processes and get feed back from them.
We invite the client to our development center and discuss various options available to them. In case the client is offshore we have both audio and video conferencing equipment to bridge the gap of distance. All this takes place in the client requirement phase.
We develop a specification of requirement for the client in written form. This requirement specification is sent to the client and in case they suggest further improvements we fine tune this specification till the client is satisfied.
We develop the presentation part of the software which con-sists of the design and user interface. We receive feed back from the client and do further refinements till the client is satisfied with the design. We also do the back ground check to analyze if the design will meet the requirement of the software solution.
We then start the development effort. Since software devel-opment is an evolving phenomenon we are always flexible for change even though it may be time consuming.
