How long does onboarding take before you take over our environment?
Our standard onboarding runs 4 weeks. Week 1 covers infrastructure discovery and documentation. Week 2 is tooling setup and runbook creation. What is involved in a data center migration you manage?
We start with a full data center discovery — every server, application, network device, and dependency is documented.
